What’s the drama with Wilyonaryo all about?
This controversy has been spread like wildfire all over the blogosphere and on YouTube and people are talking about it on chatrooms and forums. What is this Wilyonaryo Scam all about? Was there really a Scam or was it an honest mistake? Does the host decide who gets to win or not? Can someone win if the host is paid something in return? What is this drama all about and why is it such a big deal?
Since I was a child I have been watching these noontime shows and seen their changes through the years… changes like when a noontime show moved from one station to another, when one noontime show keeps changing names after several years, so on and so forth. But with the power of the Internet I am now able to comment on things and share my views on certain issues I see on TV.
Anyway check these videos to see the controversy and the first wave of reactions between Joey De Leon of Eat Bulaga and Willie Revillame or Wowowee regarding the Wilyonaryo contest that was recorded and uploaded to the Internet.

Somehow Joey reacted to this video saying there was a “Daya” or cheat (Sorry I can’t find the video)

Lastly here is another video that explains this was an honest mistake and I agree that it WAS NOT a scam but simply an error on the part of the Wowowee staff. Explanation is at the last part of the video.

the above analysis may have shown a perfectly good explanation for the so-called “glitch”. however, the way i see it, it would have been more economical if they DID NOT make a second layer at all for all the wheels and instead had 8 zeros and 4 special plates for the prizes as base and another plate for cover. that way, all they would have had to do was switch all the layers around everyday. isn’t that more logical?
just my two cents.
i honestly think that it would be better if willie himself explain how it happened…let’s wait and see when this brouhaha will end…sometimes, rather most of the time..showbiz is full of unnecessary drama :) thanks for visiting my site :)
