- Juan Miguel Zubiri (Lakas-CMD), Representative from Bukidnon.
- Edgardo Angara (LDP), Senator from Aurora.
Genuine Opposition
- Manuel “Manny” Villar Jr. (Nacionalista), Senate President and Senator from Metro Manila.
- Francis “Chiz” Escudero (NPC), House Minority Floor Leader and Representative from Sorsogon.
- Loren Legarda Leviste (Independent), former 2004 Vice Presidential candidate and former Senator.
- Panfilo Lacson (Independent), Senator from Cavite and once aspired to be mayor of Manila.
Independent
- Francis “Kiko” Nepomuceno Pangilinan, a Senator and the Majority Leader of the Philippine Senate.
I am still undecided who will be the last two candidates I’ll vote but here are my choices
- Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III (Liberal), Representative from Tarlac.
- John Henry Osmeña (Independent), former Senator from Cebu.
- Anna Dominique “Nikki” Coseteng (NPC), former Senator
- Alan Peter Cayetano (Nacionalista), Representative from Taguig-Pateros.
