Knowing that others are typing

If you start to build you own company you have to make some precautionary measures to insure the security of your company. I remember when I used to work for an outsourcing company was we tried to install remote viewing software to see if the employees are working or not. Somehow this never really helped much as they will know if their superiors are watching, and we are all located in one room.
With this we tried to use other means to get information from the PC’s the employees are using and we realized that they have been spending so much time on Friendster than doing their work. They were later informed that key logging software was installed and they had no choice but to admit, apologize and stop wasting their paid working hours.
I also had a friend who had a crazy idea of installing a Keylogger on her girlfriend’s laptop to see if she is cheating on her and the sites she visits when he is away. Funny but after it was installed we found out that her favorite sites are his favorite sites also. He still keeps the software on her computer and waits until he will discover something fishy.
