Blogging on Hot Topics Can Exponentially Boost Your Traffic

A Palconit Network member site, L’Ange Bleu, is currently enjoying an increase of traffic ever since it started to blog about the Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition 2.
I am happy that the site visits increased from a mere 2 unique visits and 6 page impressions a day to 54 unique visits and 81 page impressions a day and today 141 unique visits with 186 page impressions! This site also gets traffic from search results from misspelled names. I hope this continues after the Pinoy Big Brother show ends.
This only goes to show that blogging on hot, recent, talked about topics is the best way to improve your traffic, even for a no-PageRank website
Update: I also made my own controversial posts about the recent Amazing Race Asia Season 2 and it too hit a whopping 9,169 unique visits in just 2 weeks! I am so amazed and impressed that blogging on hot topics can indeed boost my traffic from mere 300+ unique visits a day to 3000+, which is the highest number of unique visits ever since I started this site.
I hope I can still continue blogging on interesting topics and keeping up with todays trend and news.
