Superman Returns Movie Review

After a mysterious absence, Superman (Brandon Routh) returns to Earth only to find that his beloved Lois Lane (Kate Bosworth) has moved on with her life. MY MOVIE REVIEW
So after 5 years in outer space, Superman returned to earth and found out that his mortal enemy, Lex Luthor is using Kryptonian Technology to change the world. The movie plot is quite original but I heard that the story changed many times while the movie is being produced. Also, Superman has a son, sickly but immune to Kryptonite.

The action scenes are very nice, especially the plane rescue where he made his return debut. I also noticed that Superman’s cape is changed from red to maroon and the Superman logo is missing. His hair is also different from the rest of the Superman movies and comics.

Having used to watch Tom Welling as Clark Kent in the Smallville TV series, I wondered who is the better actor for the role. After watching the movie, I could say Brandon Routh is the better Clark Kent. He looks a lot like the Clark Kent we know in comics, old movies and cartoons and the Superman with the hair, tights and everything.

I also heard that there is a second installment for this movie (it better be good, not like Superman 3) and another one entitled “Batman versus Superman” (a very silly idea if you ask me).
