All About Love Movie Review

Last week we went to see “All About Love“. Basically this story is about three couples trying to do their thing and fixing the problems in their relationship.
Promdi. The first couple are in their teens where the girl is labelled a whore and the guy in the other hand, is a promdi who had a secret crush with her since they were young.
Kalesa. The second couple are in their late teens. Its about a obnoxious rich guy falling in love with a relatively poor girl and she can’t accept the idea of them together because she think the guy is too good for her.
About Anna. The last couple are in their mid twenties and the guy is having problems letting go with his wife who passed away and this other girl is deperately looking for the guy who made an audio tape expressing his love to someone he lost, which in this case is the guy I mentioned earlier.
So we watched it for over an hour and I got bored I fell asleep several times in the movie. The movie has some similarity with the “Jologs” movie years back where everything and everbody are connected.
The part I really did not like in the movie was the last scene where they all meet together in the Bay Walk and they all kissed in public. I was shocked at this because this reflected the culture of the people in Manila of being so liberal when it comes to public display of affection. They kissed so deeply as if they are having a foreplay group in public and it’s not good to watch, and not a good image to our teenage society as well.
The movie is not worth watching again.
