UPDATE: For those searching for World Pyro Olympics 2006, the schedule will be on January 5, 6, 7 and 12, 13 next year 2007. It’s already quite late to hold this contest if you ask me. Here are the details:
From the 5th to the 7th and 12th to 13th of January 2007, the ten of the most prestigious pyrotechnic companies in the world will showcase the best of classical fireworks displays.
Nine (9) countries will be vying for the title of the Champion of the 2nd World Pyro Olympics. Two (2) countries will fire during each of the first four days while the ninth participant is set to fire on the final evening of the event.
