ABS-CBN and YouTube and Copyrighted Video

Today I got this email from YouTube saying they removed my video post on the Games Uplate Live Controversy.

I think this video reached them, that on the next day, they apologized and gave the people who joined that day’s contest another chance to win the P15,000 contest, which unfortunately was not awarded to anyone.
Before I removed my video, I got this large text font on the video page:
This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by ABS-CBN Interactive
I also noticed that some of the Wowowee Scandal videos that are against ABS-CBN were removed. It looks like they are affected with this and they are cleaning up the internet from bad publicity. But some videos, most of them good videos taken from people watching their shows and sharing to the Internet, were not removed at all.
Are they enforcing their Copyright Policy by deleting videos taken from their TV programs? Or is this only a selective removal and leaving good and neutral videos taken from the station to be broadcasted in YouTube? Just a thought…
