Although its exact causes are unknown, heredity, hormones and age are contributing factors. Unlike hair loss resulting from disease or other non-hereditary factors, hair loss due to common baldness is permanent.

Women with common baldness rarely develop bald patches. Instead, they experience a diffuse thinning of their hair. Male baldness usually begins with thinning at the hairline, followed by the appearance of a thinned or bald spot on the crown of the head.

There is no cure for common baldness

There was a show in ETC 2nd Avenue titled Dr. 90210 which I used to watch. It was a reality TV series focusing on plastic surgery in the wealthy suburb of Beverly Hills in Los Angeles, California. Because of the show, I’ve seen a lot of women who underwent plastic surgery. They had various reasons why they wanted to have surgery. Many of the reasons were for gaining self confidence and to look sexier and attractive.

The common surgery performed in the show was breast enlargement.

I’ve read an article that most women want plastic surgery. Two-thirds of them are unhappy and discontented of their body that they would want to undergo plastic surgery to improve their looks. Most women, if not all, always want to look and feel good about themselves. When they feel good about themselves, their confidence level also soars up, and they believe that they can achieve whatever they want.

With the advancement of technology, plastic surgery has become the common answer to the problems of many women. Rhytidectomy, which is commonly known as facelift, is a plastic surgery procedure designed to tighten loose skin. It cannot stop the aging process but it can “set back the clock” by removing excess fat and tightening the underlying muscles.

I have a friend who lives in the United States and is fond of cars. In our conversations, he would always talk about his love for them and how much he would love to own one of the finest cars in the planet. He loves to watch car racing shows or movies. He would make some car designs whenever he has time. He even told me that sometimes he would dream about winning a luxury car.

Last March 2006, I went home to my hometown, Cagayan de Oro City, from Metro Manila by riding the PhilTranco bus. It was a whole new experience for me. It was the first time I traveled by land for two days and two nights. I didn’t expect it would be that fun and tiring. It was fun because I passed by a lot of provinces and was able to see how beautiful our country is and it was tiring because it was very hard to sleep when you couldn’t fully extend your feet just like when you’re sleeping on your comfortable bed
